We walk the yard with you, take real measurements, and talk through layout, materials, height, access and how you actually want to use the space.

Materials, labor, permits and demolition — broken out in writing so you can compare it to anything else you have been quoted. Yours to keep.

Want to see it before it exists? We produce a 3D rendering of your deck, and credit what it cost back to your project when you book the build.

How a build runs

We come to you, measure the space, and work out what will actually fit and what it will take to build it.

An itemized quote in writing, plus an optional 3D rendering that is credited back when you book.

We pull the permits, handle HOA submissions, and tear out the old deck at no additional charge.

Our own crews build it, then we walk it with you and check the structure and finish before we call it done.
Materials
We are a dealer for Trex, TimberTech and AZEK, and we also build in pressure-treated wood. Which one is right depends on sun exposure, how close you are to salt air, and your budget — not on what we would rather sell you.
